Acquisition process of a Brazilian company, with national and international operations, market leader.
DEVELOPMENT
Prior to the decision to ACQUIRE a competitor in the segment, the BUYER company decided to define a single manager to act as "Owner" and be responsible for evaluating and seeking to identify the best use of the assets that would become the company's property . In addition, this same executive would be responsible for identifying the most appropriate destination for the BUYER's assets and which could then be made available to different destinations in accordance with established policies and generate resources for the business.

RESULTS
As short-term results, it was possible to increase the BUYER's production capacity, diversify the product portfolio, implement significant improvements in production processes with reduced investments and generate improvements in the company's economic and financial results through the best and most appropriate destination of the assets made available for the different destinations. This was done in a separate way from day-to-day operations, which enabled the company to keep its focus on its "core" business.
